Only suitable for ~50% of my project proposals. Buggy document editing makes it less convenient than a PPT. Being limited to Google Fonts is another big one.

We have had several outages and issues with signings not firing off all signed evernt. Today we had a complete outage that lasted most of our business day and had a critical impact on our business operations. There is no ability to escalate and help desk response times are very poor.
